Summary

Corporate Accounting Manager will Lead the team in month-end financial closing activity. Responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, the management of business and system controls, accounting for mergers and acquisitions and new contracts, and process automation.

In this role, you will

• Manage month-end close activities.
• Performs account analysis and sets up new accounts.
• Oversees year-end audit.
• Prepares financial and statistical reports as required. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as directed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual and/or business customers; or provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter.
• Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments.
• Recruit staff members and oversee training programs.
• Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
• Establish procedures to manage system and business controls.
• Prepare technical accounting memos. Automate business processes. Implement new system technologies.

What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent; six to eight years' job-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three years' management experience preferred. CPA required.
