Summary

RNDC is looking for a collaborative and energetic Warehouse Associate Lead to join our growing Operations team. The Warehouse Lead role leads and directs work exclusively within the warehouse function. Leads, coordinates, and participates in activities with workers engaged in the distribution of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage products while completing appropriate paperwork by performing the following duties:

In this role, you will
  • Leads and distributes workers with production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping/receiving within the warehouse.
  • Uses the Manhattan WMS System to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Delegates task to associates based on customer and production needs. Convey and move Items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas utilizing heavy equipment or drop roll and/or lift techniques.
  • Convey a move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
  • Work within the Manhattan WMS utilizing RF Scanners. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or production code.
  • Sort and store some goods in refrigerated rooms. Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to loading station or stacks into trucks.
  • Mark materials with identifying information.
  • Arrange stock in specified sequence for distribution by other workers.
  • Drive and operate forklifts, reach truck, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment transport stored items from location to location.
  • Will assist in leading the department in various functions as directed by the supervisor.
  • Complete daily paperwork and computer data entry.

What you bring to RNDC
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of systems and software used in daily functions.
  • Forklift and or warehouse equipment certification.
  • 1-2 years of work experience,
  • Requires a current, valid state driver's license,
  • Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company and Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state.
  • The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Bonus if you bring
  • Four year college degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington'sstate law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at [HR: replace with the salary/hourly min from CBA],and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
