Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $104,700.00 up to $ 149,600.00. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.

In this role, you will
- Compile, maintain, and analyze market, customer, and sales data to evaluate performance and strategies.
- Develop, automate, and maintain reporting tools and databases for insights using syndicated data.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Compile and analyze data from sources like Nielsen/IRI, Sip Source, Mintel, and internal files, applying innovative methods.
- Lead Center of Excellence projects, assessing automation feasibility and data opportunities.
- Enhance reporting and analytics techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze market execution and program ROI to support strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leaders, managing special projects as needed.
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related experience; 4+ years in the alcohol beverage industry; 2+ years with advanced data modeling techniques and BI software.
- Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau), MS Office Suite, and syndicated tools (Nielsen, IRI); expertise in SQL Server, Alteryx, MS Access, and market research tools (Spectra, Mintel).
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work with statistical concepts, probability, and practical applications of ratios and proportions.
- Capable of evaluating complex problems, following written and verbal instructions, and working with variables in non-standardized situations.
- May require travel for training or work duties
