The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $107,360 to $134,200 . The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Brand Manager for Jefferson's Bourbon, where you will play a pivotal role in the commercial brand strategy development and implementation. Use your strong marketing, strategic, and commercial background to drive brand performance and address key challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.

What you'll do:
Support and execute strategic brand plans for Jefferson's Bourbon, driving sustainable growth and addressing key challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams on communication, brand vision, and commercial planning Lead operational planning and coordination of supply chain volumes, on-shelf dates, and portfolio/innovation pipelines Analyze market and competitor trends to identify business opportunities and improve existing programming Manage projects, budgets, and resources to achieve goals and ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness in brand programs

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), MBA or advanced degree preferred 3+ years of Brand marketing experience, Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading projects Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
