Right now, we need a Space Planning Manager in San Antonio, TX. The person in this role will be a vital member of the Category, Trade, & Revenue Management Team. This person will be responsible for partnering directly with our Category Managers to build Pabst Brewing Company’s Space & Assortment partnership with our retailers. This position reports to the SVP of Category, Trade, & Revenue and works closely with Category Managers, retailers, and fellow space planning partners and experts.

What you'll do:
- Develop and/or validate planograms and sell in the recommendation to the retailer, while also preparing the outputs for store-level execution
- Perform space/distribution opportunity analyses and communicate these opportunities to account teams
- Represent the Pabst Brewing space planning advantage to the customer and are a champion user of our processes and tools
- Support overflow Category Management Requests and at times perform Ad Hoc Analysis
What you'll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (2+ years) with space management, ideally in the CPG/Retail Management industry
- Proficient in importing and exporting data between JDA and Excel
- Proficient in creating planograms, charts, tables, layouts, products, and displays as requested.
- Proficient in cleaning raw data and generating reports
- Familiarity with various space planning platforms for downloading and uploading information related to National Chain accounts
- The ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally & proactively communicate clearly and effectively
- Advanced Financial Analysis capability
- Syndicated data Expert (Nielsen, Numerator, IRI)
- Experience using JDA Planning Tool is required
