Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, success oriented, entrepreneurial, and experienced sales manager to build the NV Group USA business. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive key account partnerships, distributor performance and consumer engagement across multiple states.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong key account partnerships. 
  • Lead and motivate the distributor teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage market pricing, inventory, depletions, and shipments to optimize sales. 
  • Implement local market promotions, consumer sampling, merchandising and events. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and consumer events. 
  • Work cross functionally as a team with marketing, PR, operations, and finance. 
  • Analyze sales and financial data to evaluate performance to make informed decisions.
  • Deliver the assigned market volume, budget, and profit goals across multiple states.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in beverage alcohol sales management. 
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Must live in assigned market(s) with established account and distributor relationships. 
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with managing distributor networks and supply chain management.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned state(s) and nationally as needed.
  • Comfortable with cold calling accounts to sell in distribution and programs.
  • Experience managing multi-state sales territories, budgets, and goals. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
