About Us
NuRange Coffee is looking for an experienced CPG salesperson to come aboard as our third employee! We’re a cold brew coffee brand experiencing explosive growth and seeking to expand our team. Our newest Enterprise Account Manager will have intimate control of the sales process, tasked with growing our account list while simultaneously increasing sales velocity within our largest pre-existing accounts. These accounts include big-box and natural food retailers, such as Whole Foods, Walmart, and Hy-Vee. The Enterprise Account Manager will work in tandem with our distribution partners to prospect new retailers while establishing strategies to support growth within our existing sales channels. 

Previous CPG sales experience is a must. This will be a hands-on role with some travel requirements. The ability to maintain relationships with both C-level executives and store managers will be exercised daily. High energy and performance will be rewarded through both a competitive sales incentive plan and LTIPS program, meaning that you can earn equity in our growing brand as we ramp up for a huge Series A! 

-Account visits
-Support and maintain existing accounts such as Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, Hy-Vee, and Erewhon
-Increase depletion velocity, number of stores, number of SKUs, etc.
-Obtain new accounts business such as Publix, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Albertsons/Safeway, and Target 
-Utilize brokers and category managers/buyers, leverage existing relationships, RangeMe, ECRM
-Establish regular and positive relationships with retail and distribution account reps
-Track emails and calls and meet weekly minimum requirements for existing and new accounts
-Understand, plan, and execute retailer and distributor-specific promos, demos, marketing, displays, etc.
-Spread positive word of mouth about NuRange to friends, family, and people around the country 
-Must be a self-managed/self-motivated employee with the ability to achieve growth targets and goals
-Participate in trade shows, if and as needed

-Minimum 3 years experience in CPG/F&B sales
-Excellent time management and relationship-building skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Based in the Greater Denver Metro area
-Safe driving record
-Valid driver's license 
-Ability to drive to and from accounts on a regular basis
-Ability to fly to and from accounts on a regular basis
-Ability to lift and move 7-pound cases with ease

-Existing relationships with natural-channel distributor reps, regional accounts, and brokers
-Existing relationships with conventional distributor reps, regional accounts, and brokers
-Experience with DSD
-Passion and experience with shelf-stable/refrigerated RTD beverages and CPG
-A love for natural products, keeping pace with the industry, and championing brands
-Experience with a high-growth emerging startup brand
