Multi-faceted Regional Brand Specialist will support an exciting agave brand in a specified geographic area, enabling the commercialization of brand objectives, goals, strategies, and measures locally in the On-Premise and retail channels. Establish effective working relationships with local sales/account gatekeepers and bring authenticity and credibility to the brand with target consumers.  Responsible for driving distribution, volume growth and account advocacy to develop the brand in the assigned markets. Builds relationships with and regularly engages account gatekeepers and consumers to facilitate key brand activities. Acts as a dedicated brand ambassador resource locally, demonstrating a strong understanding of the target consumer lifestyle, culture and community. Catalyzes target consumer in designated territory by developing and implementing trainings, promotions, events and other activities to exceed against relevant objectives and visibility, advocacy and trial KPIs. Will have the opportunity to support sponsored event activations to maximize commercial value and develop consumer loyalty.
