Role Overview
The Field Marketing Associate (FMA) plays a key role in supporting the Field Marketing Director and management team across event activations, reporting, recruitment, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This full-time position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced agency environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients while helping to manage staff, logistics, and program reporting.
This role requires a mix of administrative expertise, marketing savvy, and on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll support market managers, help develop client relationships, and contribute to the success of marketing programs from the ground up.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior leadership in day-to-day operations and event activations.


  • Collaborate with Field Managers to ensure seamless program execution and communication.


  • Assist with internal and external project management including reporting, research, and timelines.


  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and field team communications.


  • Help develop and maintain program documents, materials, and reports.


  • Participate in weekly internal meetings and offer insights and updates.


  • Manage staff rosters, payroll support, event scheduling, and expense processes.


  • Collaborate with production and client service teams on program logistics and feedback.


  • Review, audit, and manage post-event reports and program KPIs.


  • Assist in preparing white papers, toplines, and client-facing evaluations.


  • Research competitive activity, cultural trends, and consumer insights.


  • Contribute to the creation of pitches and new business opportunities.


  • Act as a brand steward to ensure excellence in execution and reporting.






Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of field marketing experience required


  • Experience with spirit-based marketing preferred


  • Highly organized with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills


  • Comfortable multitasking across teams, timelines, and deliverables


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general CRM/reporting tools


  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities


  • Ability to think critically, push back thoughtfully, and deliver actionable solutions


  • Understanding of live event logistics and marketing program execution
