Position | Purpose

The Senior Procurement Manager ,Process oversees the global compliance, reliability, and efficiency of the end to end purchasing cycle, procurement processes and systems.

In close collaboration with MH North America and central MH teams (Purchasing, Internal Control, Finance, IT) the Senior Procurement Manager will define the frame for purchasing processes' design and implementation in support of the 2030 MHUSA and MH North America Entities' strategies.

In particular, this role will act as the Regional North America EazyBuy Champion (Source To Pay system), and take the procurement lead on all audits and subsequent continuous improvement action plans. The Senior Procurement Manager, Process will act as the compliance gate keeper of the MH Spending Essentials for MH North America and all related audits, the champion of the Source To Pay tools and processes (mandatory role) guaranteeing efficient working S2P systems, the process enabler of new Brands integration and organization evolutions, and leader for new processes, best practices and technology enhancements to serve the Markets and the Wineries.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage cross functional projects and responsibilities with both Central MH teams and different entities in North America (DISCOs and Maisons).

EazyBuy Champion

Training - mhusa
  • Train newcomers to the MH Spending Essentials and main procurement processes (incl. vendor creation and P2P steps)
  • Train new comers to P2P systems: EazyBuy and pd-web, and Introduce them to the dedicated key users = P2P processors

Support management - mhusa
  • Manage a team of 6 P2P processors, in order to guarantee the service level to all departments and find opportunities for improvements
  • Contribute with IT team to the efficiency of service provided by the HelpDesk, including continuous improvement review for documentation and regular FAQ and associated 'how-to's' and 'self-training'
  • Act as level 3 partner concern in the MH EazyBuy Support model governance, to answer unsolved issues by Key users, HelpDesk and AMS Level 2

Core model enhancement - mhusa / mh
  • Identify and build with local teams & IT teams cases supporting enhancement requests for Central arbitration
  • Interact with Central Solution Owner & BPOs for arbitration requests
  • Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities
  • In particular, integrate and prepare business solutions for POSM IT systems evolution

Transversal processes - best practices - mhusa / mh
  • Integrate new Brands to the portfolio and operating systems
  • Ensure that Procurement process issues and challenges are addressed transversally with Finance / Internal Control / IT
  • Set-up appropriate workshops, involving key experts from required departments
  • Connect and involve with MH Central and Project teams

Core model sourcing purchasing tools - mhusa / mh
  • Develop and deliver the Sourcing Purchasing tools of the EazyBuy road-map, in direct collaboration with the Central MH Project Teams:
  • Vendors on-boarding in EazyBuy ecosystem (Ariba / SLP) to get all benefits of the 360-plateform (full visibility on PO, GR, invoices, payments)
  • Data enrichment for suppliers (KYS Know Your Supplier): D&B score, Ecovadis (CSR / ESG), Diversity, Preferred vendors...
  • Content management: segmentation, catalogs, punch-out, Guided Buying by category and purchasing strategy
  • Sourcing and bidding tools (SyNRG): RFI, RFP, including empowerment of delegated buyers, AI, Tail Spend
  • Compliance features roll-out: communication platform with vendors (NDA, Supplier code of conduct, Marketing guidelines, RFP alignment, communication to non-selected vendors...), archive of all RFP
  • Contract management: in coordination with Legal department
Profile

Regional roll-out - mh north america
  • Contribute as an expert to the roll-out of EazyBuy to other entities in North America
  • Be part of the global MH Project Team for Core Model Governance and continuous improvement actions
  • Participate to the preparation of the global MH SAP project S4 / Hana

Regional Purchasing Business Process Owner - best practices lead for MHUSA and MH North America entities

Compliance
  • For all audits (MH, LVMH, Erica, Vendors): coordinate answers and action-plan for the purchasing department
  • Coordinate the global Risk mapping due diligence
  • Facilitate new Brands integration
  • Run and circulate all mandatory Reporting: Vendor creation, Bidding exceptions and justifications, Late PO critical metric...
  • Elaborate and update the MH Spending Essential Training documentation for Regional entities (Golden rules)
  • Plan and perform the MH Spending Essential Training sessions to Purchasing teams and MH departments
  • Identify main concerns within the P2P process (ex: vendor creation, PO critical metric, GR status), and run appropriate task force to remediate

Reporting
  • Manage business reporting across the various systems: EazyBuy, SpendYng (Ariba), SAP, Per Angusta (spendHQ)

Ex : Spend analysis, PO critical metric, Bidding reports, Cost saving Program Pipelyne, Savings and performance
  • Train the users to generate and manage their own reporting dashboards

PURCHASING MATURITY and PERFORMANCE
  • Challenge the Purchasing team with each pillar of the MH Purchasing 2030 road-map, called IMPULSE, to highlight areas of improvement
  • Monitor the performance evaluation methodology (Optimeyes, PipeLyne), highlighting P&L impact and Value creation
  • Audit, review and train the Purchasing team on Performance calculation and communication
  • Set associated critical metrics to the Purchasing performance: Budget total / addressable / covered / P&L impact

ESG LEAD (Environment, Social and Governance) - PURCHASE 4 TOMORROW (P4T)
  • Lead the Social Audits program, in full coordination with MH Central
  • Develop and roll-out the MH North America Sustainability programs and initiatives, aligned with LVMH LIFE 360 and MH P4T

Ex : Carbon footprint, global MH decarbonation program P4T, Sustainable events guidelines
  • Lead the MH North America Supplier Diversity program, in full collaboration with IDE team, and organize the annual Impact Day

Tools & technology watch
  • Work hand in hand with central Purchasing Excellence teams to identify, plan and roll-out the future tools for the Purchasing community (ex: supplier evaluations, AI - ChatGPT, Know Your Supplier plateform...)
  • Benchmark (competitors, LVMH entities) and participate to main fairs

Communication
  • Manage appropriate communications at company level related to the Procurement processes (ex: EazyBuy platform and myMHUSA)
  • Develop and roll-out internal Purchasing communication tools: shared drives, Source, Teams, newsletter...
  • Develop a culture of Knowledge Management and structure the appropriate tools
