As an intern with Moët Hennessy USA, you'll gain a strong understanding of the various business groups and the multitude of components supporting them. The Summer internship will run from (dates pending). Along with hands-on experience, direct interaction with cross functional teams and project-based assignments you'll have an opportunity to receive mentorship from Moët Hennessy USA leaders, networking opportunities, and exposure to team members across the entire company.

You'll also get a chance to create lasting impressions through collaboration with your respective team and colleagues on projects and strategic business initiatives. Whether your role is assisting on a new brand marketing campaign, a social media strategy or supporting the commercial organization, you'll gain professional practical experience applicable to your future trajectory.Job responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Become immersed in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where innovation and critical thinking is key.
  • Gain industry experience by working across various categories of the Moët Hennessy USA portfolio.
  • Partner with team members to take a solution centric approach to solve issues as they arise.
  • Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial, etc.
  • Gain exposure of trends in Wine & Spirits as well understanding of the competitor landscape.
  • Fully own an individual, business-focused project to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present to senior leadership towards completion of the internship.
  • Participate in an inclusion-focused project with an Employee Resource Group.
  • Gain cross-functional training and networking.
Profile

Who You Are
  • Demonstrates a keen curiosity about understanding the business and organizational goals, and desire to learn industry standard processes and grow in an enterprise organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to represent all elements of Moet Hennessy's core values
  • 1 year of internship experience in a corporate setting is a plus

Education and Criteria
  • Rising senior (expected graduation between December 2025 - May 2026) currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study
  • Member of a historically underrepresented demographic
  • Interested in pursuing a career in Marketing or Sales
  • Able and willing to work at assigned work location, relocation assistance will not be provided
  • Available to work full-time for the duration of the 12-week program (May - August 2025)
  • Must be 21 or older at the time of the internship to be considered
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
