Job Description

We're looking for a Director, Social and Influencer Marketing who has a knowledge and passion of the sports industry to help lead social and influencer-led campaigns across our client roster.
  • Reporting to the VP of Social and Influencer Marketing, you'll lead end-to-end social strategy and influencer campaigns, including strategy, creative development, editorial calendar management, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • You'll be the daily lead across main accounts related to sponsorships across sports and entertainment.
  • You'll manage a growing team across multiple clients.
  • You'll partner with sponsorship/consulting teams to guide social strategy and develop best practices, and production and creative teams to develop ideas through execution.
  • You'll achieve team revenue targets by organically growing existing client engagements, and leading new business opportunities and pitches.
  • You keep up with social trends, content formats, emerging platforms, and updates.
  • You'll manage projects and create timelines based on priorities, and resource availability
  • You'll manage budget, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • 8 years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Passion for sports all things sports
  • Expertise of the social media landscape at an agency; proficiency developing social and influencer campaigns
  • Well-versed in strategy development and analytics
  • Experience managing at least one direct report
  • You know what's #trending in sports and culture
  • Comfortable developing new business pitch decks and presenting
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Excited to grow our business, which may involve periodically working non-standard hours

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $83,760 - $145,560. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
