We are seeking an innovative and experienced Director, IT Supply Chain to join our team in Chicago, IL. This leadership role is responsible for driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency by integrating cutting-edge IT solutions into the supply chain. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless processes, scalability, and the ability to respond to changing market demands in real-time.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IT systems that support end-to-end supply chain operations for the US.
  • Develop and execute a long-term IT strategy for the supply chain, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, production, quality, plant maintenance, planning, OT, Customer Services, Warehouse Operations) to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement technology solutions to address operational challenges.
  • Drive IT projects related to supply chain transformation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including product management experience in large-scale enterprises.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leader with experience leading large-scale cross-functional IT supply chain implementations (ERP, IBP, Global Product launches).
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to drive strategy across multiple sub-practices of the supply chain.
  • CPG industry experience is preferred.

Compensation

Mark Anthony is committed to hiring, engaging, and growing qualified, talented, and motivated team members at every level of our organization. Thetypical hiring range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
