This role leads development and improvement activities for Logistics business units and will be the internal expert on systems and integrated functional processes associated. The Business Process Expert, Order to Ship identifies and implements innovative solutions partnering with stakeholders to enhance critical business processes. This role is highly cross-functional and requires the ability to balance priorities, navigate ambiguity, influence positivity of change, and facilitate groups to bring teams to alignment.

- Partner with IT teams for solution development and delivery

- Execute projects following business process transformation methodology
- Define clear functional objectives and success criteria, emphasizing innovative solutions to key business challenges
- Identify risks and offer resolutions through influencing, persuasion, and coaching of business partners and stakeholders
Process Knowledge & Enhancements (40%)
- Become a SME in Customer Service, Transportation, and Fulfillment processes
- Update & manage evolving process flows, work instructions, and playbooks
- Introduce processes and enhancements that align with stakeholder goals

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Mgmt., Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- 2-4 years supply chain and/or manufacturing experience
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or demonstrated equivalent aptitude and passion for Continuous Improvement
- Experience leading large, complex cross-functional projects for process analysis and optimization in Supply Chain environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI
