This includes working within the brewery team and cross-functionally with other business stakeholders to ensure that we deliver each project on budget and in full.

Accountabilities and Impact:
- Collaboratively develop & execute long-term capital plans in line with company growth and brewery strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for capital projects.
- Lead brewery capex 3YP development with stakeholders
- Execute projects with exceptional contractor management
- Execute, track and report on CAPEX project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and MAB safety & quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement for cost-effective equipment and service acquisitions.
- Support Brewery Operations on initiatives requiring engineering or operational support
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of engineering principle.
- Strong acumen in financial modeling, capital expenditure analysis and project management software.
- Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
