This role is responsible for leading the strategy & execution of omnichannel shopper marketing programs in specific chain accounts. The Manager, Key Accounts will be a functional leader and sales partner for developing Key Account strategy and annual retail planning.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the development of omni-channel marketing strategies and programs that align with brand and business goals in specific chain accounts.
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing programs that drive feature and display activity in store.
  • Develop pre-shop, click & collect, and shopper media activities to drive purchase in top Key Accounts.
  • Work closely with MABI Sales & Key Accounts Leadership to understand the business, within customers, and provide strategic solutions.
  • Presentations to Sales & Marketing Leadership as well as external customers

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
  • Volume, Sales
  • Display Quantities
  • Lift on Display
  • Brand Health
  • Customer Engagement

Own:
  • Key Account program planning and execution
  • Relationships w/ sales for assigned consumers

Skills Needed TO Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG.
  • Experience with Retail programming and Customer Presentations.
  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills and commercial acumen.

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
  • Competitive annual salary from $88,000 to $110,000, based in Chicago, IL
