Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Passionate about premium spirits
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales in beverage alcohol
- Being knowledgeable of their respective territory and industry as a whole.
- Support and promote Kastra Elion’s mission and company culture
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative to meet sales and revenue goals. Effectively plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maximize productivity.
- Meet deadlines for sales targets, reports, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Operate effectively within corporate and budgetary guidelines.
- Performs administrative tasks as required including expense reports, work calendars, sales goals, etc.
Retail Market Management:
- Drive sales volume and distribution in the assigned territory by identifying new accounts, up selling, and motivating retailers to prioritize Kastra Elion.
- Achieve planned sales and distribution goals.
- Increase overall sales, brand presence & awareness in assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with management, retail sales staff, and bartenders in key accounts. Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Execute sell-through and merchandising initiatives for retail accounts to increase consumer trial and engagement.
- Plan and execute on and off premise promotions as required.
- Introduce new marketing initiatives and implement promotions.
- Maintain a consistent visitation schedule within the market, hitting target account list including chain and independent on and off premise accounts.
- Track and monitor success of Kastra Elion in all identified accounts within assigned territory.
- Monitor inventory to maintain proper levels based on sales trends, promotions, new product introductions and our core & seasonal offerings as well as maintain our standard for quality products.
