Brand Ambassador Position Overview
Our Brand Ambassadors play a key role in our Sales & Marketing efforts, representing Juliet Wine to consumers and trade in retail markets. They activate the brand locally, including at in-store tastings, staff trainings, and marketing events. Our Brand Ambassadors regularly spend time in the field, sharing our story and pouring our wines to raise brand awareness and drive in-store purchases.
This role is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is interested in getting ground floor experience in wine, events, sales or marketing.
Successful candidates must have the flexibility to work during the evenings and on weekends.
We are looking for candidates in the following regions/cities: San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, and Orange County CA. Westchester County, Long Island, and the Hamptons NY. Northern NJ (Hoboken, Jersey City, Shore Points).

Role Responsibilities
- Represent the Juliet brand and pour wine at local events, in-store tastings, and staff trainings.
- Be proficient in telling Juliet’s story and educating consumers and trade on wines.
- Manage end-to-end execution of activations, including scheduling, set-up, activation, and post-activation reporting.
- Work with sales managers to coordinate retail surveys to ensure good brand representation.
- Maintain a brand event kit and work with marketing to ensure sufficient materials for all events.
- Manage regular communication with sales and marketing managers to coordinate weekly activity.
Required Skill Sets
- You are a people person and an adept storyteller.
- You have a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
- You have basic wine knowledge and are willing to learn more.
- You are a self-starter and comfortable managing your own schedule and activities.
- You have a flexible schedule and can work nights and weekends.
- You are able to lift 20 pounds (one case of wine).
- You have a valid driver license and access to a car.
- You are 21+ years old.
Time and Pay
- $35/hour, approximately 10-15 hours per month
- All mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS reimbursement rate
