Your Focus:
  • Content Strategy and Creation - Develop a comprehensive strategy which aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audience.
  • Audience Understanding and Segmentation: Conduct thorough audience research to understand Journeyman's target audiences and maximize engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization - Implement analytics tools to track key metrics and regularly analyze this data to optimize strategies, refine content, and allocate resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and publish high-quality content.
  • Set goals and create content that engages users and promotes the brand's image.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Collaborate with Writers and Designers.
  • Implement SEO best practices.
  • Establish and maintain guidelines and standards for content creation.
  • Identify target audiences and schedule posts accordingly.
  • Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts.
  • Facilitate communication between client and company.
  • Organize social media chats.
  • Keep up with latest social media trends.
  • Analyze data and metrics to create reports on web traffic, user engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance.
