JOB DESCRIPTION: We're seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to enhance our team in the role of Senior Customer Sales Analyst. This pivotal position combines sales expertise with a focus on generating valuable business insights and recommendations for unit and revenue growth. As a Senior Customer Sales Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of delivering impactful category research to Customer Business Teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the sales team to deliver insights and strategies to help drive sales, sell-through, and profit.
- Become a subject matter expert In Multiple external operating systems like (1world sync , Walmart Supplier One, and Luminate).
- Creates and develops ad-hoc reports as needed for sales, support teams and executive leadership.
- Assist In developing presentations for retailer reviews or monthly connects
- Assist with customer administration, which Includes completing new Item forms, Item set up , submitting of promotions and others
- Work with Field Sales team on reporting and sales validation
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2- 4 years of CPG experience
- Experience with Nielsen or IRI
- Technical skills to include retailer , syndicated, and panel data sources, data analysis and visualization tools, Microsoft Office
- Proven analytical and category management skills
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze, summarize and effectively present data
- Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Occasionally Travel
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required
