The Producer reports directly to the Director, Production who leads their assigned team. The Producer will create and manage events budgets, timelines, and deliverables. They will be responsible for vendor relationships, ensuring successful event activations, and overseeing onsite builds, tear-downs, and administrative tasks.
This role is 2 days per week onsite, at our headquarter offices, located at Hudson Yards (NYC) and the other 3 days are remote.

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000,00-$100,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Required travel up to 25%
- Work with Production Director, production managers, and account team members to create program budgets and concepts and manage costs and deliverables in a timely manner
- Create project milestones timeline documents and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the health and status of an assigned event
- Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance talent relationships to ensure best available talent and pricing
- Lead activations/engagements with a focus on brand marketing strategies
- Identify, foster and develop relationships with key partners/vendors
- Conceptualizing and planning of all activations including the submission of proposals, gathering and submittal of all check requests, agreements, invoices, W9s, proof of insurance documents and ensuring all required signatures have been obtained per the established deadlines.
- Lead and/or execute onsite build and tear down
- Onsite management, ensuring vendors are complying with the terms of signed agreements and distribution of vendor payments at the end of activations
- Work with Account Team on post-execution recap
- Venue scouting
The physical demands of this role require the following:
- Load In and Load Out responsibilities can require bending, squatting, crouching and reaching, climbing, kneeling, and stooping including to arrange and display point of sale
- Frequent lifting and moving boxes of supplies, product, branded POS, and other objects of 50 pounds or more.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience producing events for a business or agency
- Working knowledge of P & L and budget management
- Experience managing Mid to Large scale budgets from $100,000 - $1,000,000
- A strong understanding of live event industry practices, event agenda & show flow creation
- Operates well independently with a drive to set and attain goals independently
- Effective time management is required
- Flexibility and willingness to be available during non-traditional business hours and days is a must
- Ensure market and employee compliance with all company, client-based, State and Federal guidelines
- Ability to interact with a diverse consumer audience, clients and agency personnel
- Handle, safeguard and account for all market assets
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and work independently, with little or no supervision
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments, while remaining proactive and efficient
- Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities and promote the agency and client with confidence and enthusiasm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High personal motivation and sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage administrative tasks with attention to meeting agency compliance guidelines and standards
