WHAT WE WANT:
Hudson North Cider Co. is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow our home sales market in the Mid Hudson Valley and Westchester County, with a focus on on-premise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for volume and distribution goals, distributor and retail execution, and brand activations.
Areas of Responsibility
- Growing On-Prem Distribution
- Increase POD’s for Core Line’s
- Grow Effective Placements across brand family and formats
- Help place seasonal & limited items
- Developing Top Off-Prem Accounts
- Grow Effective Placements
- Display execution
- POS merchandising
- Growing the Brand
- Communicating with distribution partner
- Ride withs
- Team meetings
- Brand Activation
- In Store Tastings
- On-Prem Events
- Festivals
- Time Management & Data Reports
- Develop monthly route/apt schedule to hit sales goals & KPI’s
- Utilize Karma(CRM) system to manage accounts and check-ins
- Utilize VIP(Inventory/Distribution) reports to track sales goals and objectives
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in the beer, wine & spirits industry or 3+ years of outer market sales experience
- Experience working with Karma and VIP or similar systems(Encompass etc.)
- Lives in or is willing to move to the Hudson Valley area
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Excellent organizational, planning, and sales skills
