Accountabilities & Impact:
- Lead the implementation of the media and advertising strategy, and introducing best-in-class programs that drive strong consumer engagement
- Includes overseeing all programmatic, SEO/SEM and social media campaigns; partnering with agencies to implement PR & Influencer events and initiatives.
- Identify, build, implement and optimize partnerships, including custom content, integrations, and media to shelf programs; manage relationships with agencies and other media and analytics companies and technology vendors
- Manage test and learn programs within activation plans, in support of digital and non-digital media learnings
- Synthesize data from disparate sources to identify insights to inform and transform the company's media approach
- Evangelize paid media and emerging media technologies and trends
- Lead tactical plan development, challenging the team to raise the bar and discover new ways to breakthrough, driving stronger results via real time optimization
Skills & Experiences Needed:
- 8+ years of relevant media & advertising experience, preferably in Beverage/Snacks CPG
- Extensive experience in influencer marketing campaigns, PR amplification, and earned media impressions
- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
- Self-driven, self-motivated, positive with a collaborative approach. Must have an ambitious growth mindset, an ROI driven approach to spend-allocation.
- Hands-on experience prioritizing running multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
