High Rise Beverage company is one the largest and fastest growing beverage companies in the industry within the hemp-derived and “better for you” beverage sector. With a large national expansion under way, we are seeking skilled individuals that can lead our business and hit the ground running. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Act as the main point of contact and strategic lead for High Rise Beverage within the assigned territory, reporting to Senior Market Manger – North Carolina
  • Lead, train and educate distributor & retailer on High Rise brands 
  • Visit 40+ accounts per week
  • Conduct monthly planning & review meetings with Distributor Partners, Sales Teams, & Key Accounts to benchmark results against quantitative targets and KPIs, developing action plans to deliver results, and close gaps.  
  • Have strong presentation abilities and must be able to motivate a team and build a positive culture. 
  • Set up, plan and execute large events.



SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales with a proven history of working with local and regional accounts. 
  • Knowledge and experience working with a Wholesaler. 
  • Ability to utilize syndicated data to create storytelling, selling propositions, and reasons to believe in opportunities in market
  • Strong Financial Acumen and understanding of pricing
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell our story. 
  • Understands the power of relationships & partnerships
  • MUST be able to work in fast paced environment. 
  • A strong ability to set up ride withs and engage our distributor partners. 
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivator 
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Strong organization skills
 

 

 

Compensation:

$55K - $65K based on experience. Bonus plan, 10 personal days, 10 national holidays off, Medical, Dental and Vision plan.

 

Other Considerations:
  • Job will entail 75% of time “In Market” 
  • Clean driver’s license 
  • Clear understanding of the 2018 Farm Bill and the legislation in the region you’ll be responsible for
