POSITION SUMMARY

Drive excitement and engagement for Good Trouble Bourbon in the top 50-75 accounts in Chicago, Illinois, delivering distribution, depletions and visibility objectives.

SPECIFIC JOB ACTIVITIES

1. Select and gain approval for the top accounts that will be the focus of your monthly sales activity -utilize distributor teams and the GTB management team to inform the right list. A custom cube of accounts will be created in VIP.

2. Work in the field 4 days a week selling Good Trouble Bourbon to designated accounts on your own, or with distributor sales colleagues. Utilize sales presentations and tools provided. Our focus is:

a. On Premise new account distribution.
b. Selling Menu placements in on- premise.
c. Retail Distribution / Shelf Management / Display Management.
d. Staff Training’s - GTB should be highly recommended by account staff as result of your work with them.

3. Meet Specific monthly business objectives:
a. Conduct a minimum of 16 staff training sessions each month.
b. Conduct a minimum of 6 samplings each month (liquid to lips) for account partners to help generate brand awareness, trial and sell through.
c. Monthly Depletions goals will be set.
d. Record results and share weekly recaps. Prepare a monthly overview for the GTB team.

4. Ensure all GTB brand point of sale materials are implemented in designated accounts to assist with visibility and sell through of brands. Work with the GTB team to develop materials that will engage consumers in your account universe.

5. Represent the brand in trade shows, trade festivals or consumer facing festivals as the opportunity arises. Help to identify where we should be present.

6. Manage any brand promotional budget for your designated accounts. Ensure investment is equal to or under budget. Review recaps each month with the GTB team.

7. Manage T&E budget. Ensure spending is equal to or under budget. Review each month with the GTB team.

8. Conduct team meetings (training/ tasting’s/review target account work). Work in field with distributor sales force to replicate our team efforts and “win the hearts and minds” of our distributor sales colleagues.
