Overview:

At The Gold Bar Spirits Company Inc., we are looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Coordinator to join our Distillery team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must have a track record of running day-to-day operations successfully in a similar role with preference given to candidates with distillery or similar industry experience such as wine, beer, or CPG companies. Responsibilities:

Oversee and provide administrative support to a team of distillery personnel.

Manage distributor sales order administration including all shipping processes.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate levels of supplies are maintained. Manage receiving processes.

Develop and communicate production schedules. Enter and report on production data into our ERP system to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
