South East Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for management of the supply chain, as well as sales and execution of marketing programs of GBN brands within their territory. Duties include managing wholesaler’s depletions, training their sales staff, increasing distribution, as well as managing marketing budgets and executing on/off premise promotions.

Sales Manager MUST live within their territory, FL and GA preferred 
Territory: FL,GA,AL & LA

Compensation Type: Salary + Incentives & Bonus

Supply Chain

  • Maintain wholesaler Inventory
  • Suggest, build, submit and process PO#’s
  • Track active orders and suggest stop gap orders when needed
  • Chain account program execution/fulfillment
Sales and Promotion

  • Present and execute GBN’s Annual Business Plan
  • Maintain core distribution with Key Accounts
  • Support w/ Features and events
  • Gain Multi-Distribution through sales communication and sampling
  • Sell into new on/off premise accounts
  • Assess and reposition brands off-premise for increased velocity
  • Bannering, Placing shelf talkers
Wholesaler Sales Management

  • Sell in and activate new sku’s
  • Product training and education
  • Team selling in the marketplace to build route/territory partnerships
  • Work withs
  • Following up on leads
  • Highlighting distribution gains and account support via recaps to key wholesaler contacts
  • Review and monitor pricing
