SUMMARY
This position facilitates the work of the Brewing, Cellaring, Packaging, Logistics, and Warehouse teams by working closely with Production Planning to secure raw materials and components for each function in accordance with established forecasts and production schedules.  
 
            ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
            Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 
·         Create and maintain detailed supplier forecasts for raw materials based on production planning
·         Develop, and manage day to day ordering processes and logistics from purchase to receipt of goods and/or services.  
·         Purchase order entry and submission to suppliers/vendors
·         Verify purchase order acknowledgements
·         Confer with vendors on order status to eliminate delays
·         Resolve problems regarding deliveries and discrepant materials
·         Schedule deliveries and manage changes 
·         Manage inventory levels to target expectations 
·         Track vendor performance to plan 
·         Systematically approach orders to continually refine processes
·         Provide world class customer support to internal and external teams.
·         Update in-process purchase orders for revised quantities and delivery dates
·         Prepare KPI reports for vendor performance and on-time delivery
·         Provide back-up for other departmental tasks 
·         Provide feedback to Production Scheduling on material availability
·         Works closely with the Procurement Team to have a working knowledge of approved vendors and materials, operating within the scope of established contracts and/or purchase agreements.
·         Assists with ordering processes within all Mahou USA businesses 
·         Professionally represents Founders at industry related events; some travel is required.
 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
·         Working knowledge of SAP Business One and Warehouse Management Systems
·         Ability to run reports, extract data, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and SAP platforms
·         Understanding of supply chain and logistic concepts
·         Knowledge of supply chain best practices
·         Ability to recognize innovative opportunities 
·         In depth knowledge of vendor relationships
·         Strong project management skills
·         Strong analytical skills 
·         Excellent communication skills
