Role Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing RTD beverage brand, is seeking a Sales Manager - Chain Accounts to drive growth in Florida’s off-premise chain accounts. In this key role, you will collaborate with Breakthru to ensure effective sales execution, product placement, and brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact during the brand's relaunch and contribute to its expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales for Florida: Manage and grow off-premise chain accounts, including regional chains and distributors, to drive sales performance.
- Distributor Partnership: Work closely with Southern, the distributor partner in Florida, to ensure smooth distribution and alignment on promotional activities and product placements.
- Brand Relaunch: Contribute to the successful market penetration of the brand’s relaunch by executing creative retail strategies and activations.
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with chain accounts, retailers, and key partners to position the brand for success on-shelf and through promotions.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, manage forecasts, and provide timely updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the brand’s presence in Florida and neighboring regions, adjusting strategies as needed based on market feedback.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 7-10 years of sales experience in the spirits or beer industry, with required knowledge and proven success with chain retail sales in Florida.
- Startup Mindset: A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to take immediate action in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to strategically grow key off-premise chain accounts while planning sales tactics to win shelf space and drive volume.
- Communication: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Passion for the Industry: A deep interest in the spirits and RTD cocktail categories, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
