Overview:

  • Self motivated, responsible, leader that is responsible for management and great leadership in a small, fast growing company! Must be able to sell the product to On and Off premise locations. Job requires 20% of office work and 80% of selling our product at on and off premise retail locations/bars/restaurants. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Selling Emyla Tequila to On and Off premise locations. 
  • Direct, train and coach new employees.
  • All aspects of distributor management.
  • Implement and develop Goal and Programming on a quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Complete business plan for the first 3 years outlying case projections and  geographical growth. 
  • Hiring and deploying employees as needed in the market.
  • Visit accounts regularly to follow up with reorder and on-site training.
  • All back of the house functions, accounting, set up ways of working and process for sales force.
  • Marketing strategy and product development.
  • Help launch new SKU's, blanco, reposado, mezcal, extra anejo. 
  • Secure distribution, and plan for geographical growth pertaining to a distributor network both regionally and nationally.
  • Develop desired pricing strategy to target desired consumer and competitive set in the market.
