Brands Portfolio Ambassador

CNI Brands is seeking a dedicated and energetic Portfolio Ambassador to join our team for a 3-month initial trial, with the potential for extension/full-time engagement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and ensuring the execution of sales and marketing strategies in the Metro area and surrounding regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with high-profile accounts and contribute to the growth and success of our renowned beverage portfolio, including Banhez & Combier.

Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management: Work closely with the Regional Manager to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Goals. Responsibilities include increasing the number of accounts sold, securing menu
placements, and boosting case volume.

Distributor Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor representatives in the Metro area and surrounding regions. This includes scheduling and participating in monthly ride-alongs
conducting staff training.

On-premise Account Management: Actively call on the Top 25 on-premise accounts to maintain and enhance business relationships. Regular visits are required to ensure continuous engagement and
support.

Event Participation & Activation: Engage in trade tastings, General Sales Meetings (GSMs), and crew drives. Host industry happy hours monthly featuring Banhez & Combier and organize “Lunch & Learn”
sessions for top state accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies with the Regional Manager.
- Maintain robust engagement with distributor representatives and on-premise accounts.
- Actively participate in and host brand activation events to enhance brand visibility.
- Depletions: Secure ten (10) new menu placements each for Banhez and Combier Orange, with a goal for the rest of the portfolio to achieve 50% year-over-year growth.
 -Activations: Host three (3) industry happy hours per month featuring Banhez and Combier, along with a “Lunch and Learn” session for the top 25 accounts once per quarter. Also, arranging and working two (2) in-store tastings per month.

Reports To:  Regional Manager

Communication: Weekly 30-minute check-ins via video call, along with weekly recaps highlighting wins, losses, and resources needed for success.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of on-premise bartender experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and public speaking skills.
- Must reside within the assigned territory and have reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution operations.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and active participation in social media to highlight CNI Brands.
- Expectation of 80% fieldwork.

Term: 3 months initial trial, with the potential for extension/full-time engagement.

Compensation: $2,500/month + $1,000 in reimbursable expenses for travel and entertainment, submitted monthly. A $1,500 quarterly bonus is available based on the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.

Work Hours: Expected 20 hours/week or 80 hours/month during the trial period.
