Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with the owners, managers and mixologists of the top visibility and volume On-Premise accounts within area of responsibility.
· Maintain and expand sales of the portfolio through execution of On-Premise placements and promotional activity in key designated accounts.
· Achieve quarterly KPIs and Goals set for each market.
· Serve as a face for the brand within the mixology / cocktail arena.
· Engage and Educate wholesaler sales teams, trade and bartenders to become genuine Advocates for our brand.

· Actively promote brand in consumer engagement tastings and events held within the assigned area and in other markets as needed by local managers, which may occur in the evenings and weekends.
· Record all account visits in KARMA application with details of visit and account contacts. Submit recaps on weekly call with Director.
· Follow up timely on all new placements for staff training and education on the brand.
· Communicate inventory needed to Director for new programs in an effort to maintain proper distributor inventory.
· Work the market with distributor as needed.
· Report on competitor activities and consumer trends as requested and provide market intelligence with team on internal weekly calls.
· Provide, when needed, on premise marketing and promotional materials to assigned accounts.
· Provide feedback on effectiveness of marketing tools, social media interactions and event execution.
· Maintain operations within assigned monthly budget.
Experience Required
• Liquor Industry experience in Texas essential, with strong On-Premise focus.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment, and communication guidelines.
• Strong relationships in On Premise and Bartender community.
Preferred
• Austin based.
• Bilingual English Spanish.
• Expertise in Mixology
• Availability to travel extensively within the state.
