Job Title: Brand Manager

Position Summary
The Brand Manager is a key leader responsible for driving marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful creation and execution of brand strategies that align with Castle & Key Distillery's mission, vision, and goals. This role oversees marketing strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and management of direct reports to elevate the brand's presence and performance in the marketplace.
Essential Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that drive brand awareness and trial, and that stimulate growth in the marketplace. - Create insight-driven, SWOT-informed brand plans that provide solid direction and action plans.
- Express leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment with overall business objectives.
Executional Excellence

Oversee the implementation of marketing plans, ensuring timely and effective execution. - Analyze business performance and recommend strategic actions and/or changes to the plan.
- Collaborate frequently with the Sales team to align on objectives and meet market needs.
- Build strong partnerships across all levels including field teams, homeplace, finance and senior management.
- Manage brand expenses, ensuring alignment with established budgets and financial goals.
Management Oversight

Supervise and provide mentorship to the Associate Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, fostering professional growth and team success. - Establish ‘management routines’ with clear expectations, feedback and action plans.
- Serve as the strategic lead for agency partners, assigning oversight as appropriate.
Other Duties as Assigned

Support the broader marketing team and company initiatives with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver on financial targets.
- Experience working with PR agencies and managing cross-functional teams.
