Cantrip Brand Ambassador

Cantrip, Inc. is a leading hemp-derived THC beverage brand based in Massachusetts. In partnership with licensed cannabis product manufacturing facilities, Cantrip produces flavorful, low- and high-dose cannabis seltzers and other beverages for sale in licensed cannabis dispensaries. We are the social seltzer, creating great-tasting cannabis beverage products for people to enjoy together. Cantrip is a fast-paced, growing brand in the hemp and cannabis space.

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for partnering with sales and marketing operations to provide Retail Partners with in-store tabling and consumer engagement. With limited supervision, the Brand Ambassador will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships, establishing field marketing events, promoting Cantrip products, and being an ambassador of the brand.

A successful Brand Ambassador will have attention to detail, a welcoming presence, and a passion for creating meaningful relationships illustrated by implementing budtender/consumer engagement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Market Manager to plan, establish, and execute a minimum of 3 Pop-Ups/Events a week (Thursday - Sunday).
● Keep up to date on in-market and out-of-market trends, with an eye toward competitors in the beverage category. Relay pertinent information to the Market Manager to help create a successful field marketing strategy.

● Increase existing Retail Partners’ account unit velocity and train budtenders/consumers on the Cantrip suite of products.

● Liaison with the Market Manager to ensure visibility into field marketing events and corresponding dates.

● Attend industry events in the Massachusetts region, with a focus on consumer engagement in mind.
● Conduct any other marketing operations by request.
● A commitment of 10-15 Hours/Week.

Experience & Qualifications
● Previous experience in beverage or food field marketing is preferred.
● Active social media users and/or students engaged in college campus activities are preferred.
● Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools preferred.
● Prior experience in a customer service environment is required.
● Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
● A passion for CPGs and/or cannabis products.
● Strong communicator who can provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for consumers.
● Must have access to reliable transportation
● Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
● Must be 21+
