Cambio (Spanish for change, modification, transformation, evolution), emerging as a tequila brand in 2023, redefines the traditional landscape with an innovative vision conceived by founder John des Rosiers, a chef and sommelier, in collaboration with his partner Tom Bayne.
Drawing from John's familial ties to Jalisco and enriched by three decades of culinary and beverage expertise, Cambio evolved through a meticulous three-year journey of experimenting and forging partnerships across Mexico.
Unlike established celebrity labels or those rooted in generations of distilling legacy, Cambio embodies change. It revolutionizes the art of crafting world-class Tequila, embracing fresh methodologies, distinctive barrel finishes, and a contemporary aesthetic. This pioneering approach heralds a new era for Tequila, designed to resonate across generations.
