ABOUT THE POSITION
Due to rapid growth and expansion, and a recent partnership with national representation, Brody’s is seeking Field Sales Representatives in several major metropolitan areas. You will be responsible for growing and servicing the Brody’s Brand within your assigned market. This position will be results driven and compensated, focusing on distribution and sales initiatives, as well as growing our brand within retail & on-premise accounts where applicable in the marketplace. Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have 4-5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week to be committed and focused on these goals.
THE DAY-TO DAY
- Field Sales Reps are expected to promote the Brody’s brand and increase brand distribution, by presenting the brand as well as increasing the brand visibility within accounts.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with decision makers in new and existing accounts, both on- and off-premises.
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of the company’s entire product line as well as the features and benefits of each compared to the competition.
- Make professional sales presentations on each account call tailored to current distributor programs in the market.
- Coordinate and conduct sampling and other marketing events, where applicable at retail and on-premise locations, festivals and special events, as needed.
- Regular execution of merchandising strategies and monitoring of location inventory to ensure proper presentation and promotion of Brody’s Crafted Cocktails.
- Occasional ride along with distributor partner in markets to train and develop sales force.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated, creative, curious, and imaginative.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Knowledge of or experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
- Market specific training (where required) or experience in alcohol sampling (i.e. TAM card in Nevada or TIPs certified in related markets)
- Flexibility in schedule to allow for nights and weekends on occasion.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Earnings potential of $50,000 - $150,000 per year – Our aggressive commission-based compensation structure, including placements, merchandising visits, case volume (both initial placement and re-orders), and events, allows our FSR’s to build full-time compensation with part-time commitments.
- Per Case Comp – All cases sold to your accounts earn a fixed $/case commission.
- Displays/POS – Value-added programming earns additional commissions
- Demo/Tasting Support – Schedulign and/or executing product demonstrations in your accounts earn per event compensation of $100-150/event.
- Annual Bonus – Based on achievement of annual business plan, in conjunction with national sales team, FSR may be able to achieve annual bonus levels of 25-100% of total earnings.
- Flexible Schedule – Work your territory based on your own availability as well as your accounts.

Expense Reimbursement - for pre-approved traditional business expenses (i.e. mileage, print, travel and entertainment).
- Mileage – Up to the standard IRS allowed rate
- Phone/Telecom – Up to $100/month allowance
- Print/POS – 100% reimbursement when pre-approved by manager
- Benefits – Ability to participate in any company-sponsored benefits programs (when available).
