Brand Activation Manager - Denver

The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for bringing national brand plans to life in the field with a focus on critical target markets. This position creates strategic and tactical market plans, develops programs, and is responsible for local execution.

Essential Duties:
  • Partner with teams to develop field activation programs that support brand and volume goals; utilize brand data and analytics as well as feed local intel and activation recommendations for planning and product launches/support
  • Execute local activation and amplification plans for national programs with a focus on engaging local communities, driving participation and supporting sales growth; ensure smooth and coordinated execution of programs
  • Execute and oversee local events including sourcing venues, securing partners, driving attendance, purchasing local media, managing experiential, facilitating distributor and sales collaboration, and conducting event follow-up
  • Identify challenges and develop solutions; analyze market dynamics, volume, trends, competitor insights, and local opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales team to create and execute local marketing plans that produce leverageable assets, increase consumer awareness, drive household penetration and increase rate of sale
  • Build and maintain collaborative and beneficial relationships both internally and externally; develop NPO advocacy plans for events and amplify philanthropic message
  • Other projects and duties as assigned


Education/ Experience/Skills:
  • 2-3 years Trade Marketing or Regional Marketing experience on a large Beer or Spirits brand. 3-5 years festival or event management experience; 1 year experience developing new events; 2 years customer service experience
  • Marketing experience or relevant education
  • Strong communicator able to inspire, engage and partner to build collaborative plans and programs
  • Project management experience in marketing/events industry
  • Experience with marketing and sales integration
  • Solid knowledge of beer and brewing industry; familiar with NBB products and culture
  • Public speaking skills
  • Efficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • General regulatory knowledge of events and promotions
  • Ability to drive to event locations
  • Squeaky clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Percent of Travel: 25-50%

Working Conditions: Home Office

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate their ability to climb, stoop, crawl, twist, squat and reach overhead
  • The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell's and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $83,500.00
