Details:
The Regional Manager is responsible for sales activities within the assigned territory working with the wholesaler(s) and retailers to develop and build the Eastciders and Blakes brands. The RM works closely with the retailer and wholesaler(s) with the goal of continuous improvement on all levels of sales and distribution. 
  • Strive to maximize all sales opportunities of the Eastciders and Blakes Brands. Lead all sales, distribution, and promotional activities to expand the business. Maximize performance and drive results.
  • Perform regular visits to train, coach and motivate wholesaler sales team, assist in joint business planning, coordinate distribution, and conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reviews.
  • Develop working relationship with decision maker for key on and off premise accounts. Develop sales strategies in the accounts to grow awareness and influence purchase intent.
  • Perform a set number of retail account calls to sell-in and/or expand current buying portfolio and maintain presence at retail level for Eastciders and Blakes portfolio. Set-up and execute retail promotions, sampling, and other marketing activities.
  • Utilize sales tool daily to capture all market activity.
  • Support the distributor sales team in market where needed with team-selling and ride-withs.
  • Be an active participant in all segments of monthly sales, distribution, and display initiatives, with the goal of achieving established objectives and growing business.
  • Regional Manager must be an active contributor to all team-oriented sales initiatives.
  • Leading a team of sales representatives and helping them develop their careers and expertise. 
  • Represent the core values and purpose of the company through daily interactions with team members, partners, and customers.
  • Conduct all your activities in accordance with local, state, and federal liquor control regulations.

**Candidate must be located in the Central Florida area**

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of beer or beverage sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 
  • Years of relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with all levels of the organization, partners, and customers.
  • Thorough understanding of Company Portfolio.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • A high level of initiative and drive, natural sense of ownership for projects and duties.
  • Positive attitude and influence.
  • Experience in distributor management, chain account buyer calls, brand building, category management, and merchandising.
  • Proficiency with VIP iDIG.
Physical Demands and Other Expectations:
  • Travel is expected for this position. 20-30%
  • Reliable transportation and no major driving violations.
  • Flexibility in work hours including nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Prolonged periods of Standing and walking. Some bending and stooping. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
