Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecommerce / Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth for our eMarketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce strategies, data-driven marketing techniques, customer acquisition tactics, and customer conversion methods. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, optimizing customer experiences, and driving revenue through various online channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and market share.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ecommerce efforts with overall business goals.
2. Online Store Management:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listing, pricing, inventory management, and order processing.
· Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, compelling, and up to date.
· Monitor and optimize the online shopping experience to enhance user navigation, search functionality, and checkout processes.
3. Digital Marketing:
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
· Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels to attract and engage potential customers.
· Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
4. Customer Experience Enhancement:
· Work to enhance the overall online customer experience, addressing any issues related to usability, functionality, or navigation.
· Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, customer engagement, and website traffic.
· Generate regular reports to provide insights into ecommerce performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
6. Technology and Platform Management:
· Stay updated on the latest ecommerce technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
· Identify and implement new tools, features, and integrations that can enhance the online shopping experience and streamline operations.
7. Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with design, content, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing online store presence.
· Work with external partners, vendors, and service providers to optimize various aspects of the ecommerce ecosystem.
8. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, focusing on personalized and relevant communication throughout the customer journey.
· Create targeted campaigns to re-engage past customers and increase repeat purchases.
9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
· Lead CRO efforts by conducting A/B testing, user experience analysis, and website optimization to improve conversion rates and enhance user experience.
· Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes based on testing results.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven track record in managing successful ecommerce operations, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment.
· Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and online payment gateways.
· Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, interpret trends, and make strategic recommendations.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with web analytics tools and ecommerce analytics platforms.
· Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
