Area Sales Representative-Oregon (Mac & Jack Brewery)

Responsibilities:
- Advance the company’s offerings in the Oregon/Clark County Washington market by building and maintaining relationships with on and off-premise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Conduct sales calls and visits to promote brewery/winery products and secure placement in bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other relevant establishments.
- Participate in festivals, tastings, and promotional events to showcase the company's products and increase brand awareness.
 - Collaborate regularly with distributors to ensure efficient product placement and inventory management.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably within the craft beer sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate events and customer needs.
- Knowledge of the Oregon beverage market and existing relationships with key accounts is a plus.
- Passion for craft beer and a commitment to representing the brewery's brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
