A Chief Operating Officer position is available at a growing alcohol brand. Since its founding the brand has experienced extensive growth, now represented all over the world.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
· Experience in the alcohol or CPG industry is a must.
· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
· Leadership and Management skills.
· Operational and Executional expertise.
· Financial Management (Budgeting, COGs, Maximizing Efficiencies, Allocating Resources)
· Legal Compliance.
· Previous experience growing brands.
· Supply chain and inventory management knowledge.
· Entrepreneurial spirit.
The role will wear many hats and be a part of the company’s rapid expansion. Initial job duties will include but not be limited to:
· Overseeing daily operations and all departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc).
· Coordinating departments for smooth execution.
· Implementing strategic initiatives, company policies, and corporate values.
· Establishing a solid financial model for the company.
· Executing on business leads.
· Driving and overseeing Global branding, marketing, and partnership opportunities.
· Maximizing efficiencies and aligns operational processes with company values.
· Point person for all production and operational matters.
· Leads hiring processes and searches, employee restructuring, and evaluation.
· Top-level client acquisition- Chain, Account, Distributor, Export, US Importers, Etc.
· HR Management- Establishes SOPs, Health Insurance & PEO, employee onboarding, salary/bonus management, etc.
· IT Management- Oversees logins, emails, cyber security, etc.
Must be based in New York City or located in an area commutable to the city.
