Rob Ganjon is a transformation-oriented leader with extensive experience guiding companies through pivotal growth stages. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, he oversees ForceBrands' strategic vision.

Prior to joining Force, Rob served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cella, a creative and marketing staffing and consulting firm. During his tenure at Cella, he was responsible for increasing the enterprise value three times in three years before it was sold to Randstad in 2021. In addition, he's held executive leadership positions at American Express and several mid-sized firms.

With a proven track record of scaling mid-sized businesses, Rob is focused on driving growth and operational excellence. His expertise includes building high-performing cultures, optimizing company performance, transforming business operations, and building strong client relationships.

Rob earned a BS degree in finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Rob has three children and lives in Denver.

Josh Wand is an entrepreneur who creates businesses that power the growth of consumer brands by connecting people, technology, and community. 

His entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 when he founded ForceBrands, the leader in strategic hiring for consumer brands that offers a full spectrum of services for recruitment as well as a job board for consumer brand professionals.

Through building consumer businesses, Josh recognized the lack of consistency and data around field activations and agency relations. This led him to launch PINATA in 2016, a task management software platform that optimizes operational field management and data transparency.

As ForceBrands continues to innovate how talent and brands connect, new products and services have emerged. In 2021, ForceBrands launched goHire, a job board network that enables investment groups and membership organizations to provide their community with a real-time, branded career platform to attract, manage, and hire new talent. Launching in 2022, ForceBrands will introduce Impactful Search, a transformative Executive Search experience that fuels the acceleration of purpose-led companies by engaging and integrating catalytic leaders. 

In 2021, Josh, alongside fellow entrepreneurs, co-founded a specialized venture capital firm, The Family Fund and Founder Community (FFFC), that invests alongside top-tier firms and repeat entrepreneurs.

Sean has successfully executed a full spectrum of assignments on behalf of clients that include identifying growth strategies and opportunities through thoughtful organization design sessions; developing strategic ways to elevate a process within a search; or building customized hiring solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
 
Sean has 15 years of consumer brand hiring subject matter expertise. He works with growth stage and middle-market businesses to support executive-level and board placements at brands that include Hu, Wana Brands, HumanCo, NotCo, AB InBev, Open Farm, True Terpenes, and Cora Life, among others.
 
Sean is a thought leader within the CPG industry serving in various board and advisory roles. He is an advisor to OSC2/JEDI Collaborative, a diversity initiative for the natural products industry; a mentor with Project Potluck, a professional community supporting People of Color in CPG; and is on the board for Naturally New York, a community organization that fosters sustainable and responsible business practices in the industry. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Connecticut.

Prior to joining ForceBrands, Colleen was the VP of Operations for a high growth creative, marketing, and digital staffing and solutions firm. She was recognized by the Staffing Industry Analysts' 40 Under 40 list in 2022 for the operational efficiencies that she generated, which directly contributed to the company’s rapid growth and eventual acquisition by the world’s largest human solutions firm.

Connor is the Senior Vice President of Recruitment who oversees all revenue-generating activities attributed to recruiting. Working in close collaboration with sales, finance, marketing, and IT, he ensures the recruiting team is executing all cross-departmental initiatives. Bruce Brustmeyer is the Senior VP of Finance & Operations who leverages his expertise in accounting to direct the financial efforts of ForceBrands. He enjoys the dynamic variety of items to be involved with. He is able to gain exposure to new challenges and influence different areas of our business. 

Bruce brings experiences from both a CPG and a service industry background to his role at ForceBrands. He previously worked at Pepsi bottling of NY and Pirates Booty for first five years of his career. His experience at Pirate's helped improve his understanding the types of client we serve in the high growth consumer good space. While at Pirate's he was responsible for all the accounting functions surrounding inventory and was responsible for cost of goods analysis. He also worked for a startup Media Agency for two years. While at Generator Media and Analytics he developed several mechanisms for improved business analytics which include cash position by client reporting, revenue tracking reporting by client and variance reporting on the client level. He also developed a new billing procedure which streamlined the previous process. This exposure helped him understand the service industry and the challenges that service-based organizations face. He has a blend of both consumer goods and service-based industries that he believe brings a unique set of skills to the Force.

Bruce graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a BA in Accounting.

Adrienne spent more than 13 years at 24 Seven, where she held various roles before finding her passion for training and instructional design in 2014. She oversaw the company’s software training programs, and deployed and managed their LMS and training content library. Adrienne left 24 Seven as the Director of Learning & Development in 2021 to pursue her own food business, which is still up and running today, before she returned to the training world by joining ForceBrands in 2023.

About

Jade is the Executive Assistant to Josh Wand, the Founder and CEO of ForceBrands and PINATA. She manages the CEO's day-to-day scheduling and meetings, both internally and client-facing, and is a liaison between all teams and executive staff. She acts as a master administrative force and strategic thought partner within ForceBrands and actions projects and tasks that aid in the overall growth and morale of the business. A seasoned executive assistant with a passion for executing tasks and supporting leaders to be their best, most effective version of themselves, she takes pride in improving efficiency and implementing processes to further innovate the transformative executive search experience.

Jade brings nine years of overall administrative experience, with six years of executive support exclusively to founders and CEOs. She has worked for Meta (Facebook), Fashion Nova, Gelfand, and Rennert and Feldman, where she was the executive assistant to the CEOs and VP executives.

Jade holds a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing & Public Relations from Loyola Marymount University.

Her driving force is traveling the world with the people she loves most and making lasting memories, with a few jokes and laughs along the way.
