We are looking for someone who has their thumb on the pulse of the Los Angeles to introduce Ola Sol to the market. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to sell a brand new product and open a new category simultaneously. You will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution goals within your region. This position will also be responsible for developing and executing pricing and programming strategies. Opportunity to hire & train their own sales team once they’ve established the market. 
 
What you’ll be doing
 
●      Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for customers.
●      Responsible for making market calls (both on- and off-premise) at a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the Los Angeles area.
●      Responsible for building and owning relationships through all levels of management with distributor + accounts
●      Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
●      Create and conducts sales presentations and brand building efforts
●      Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed 
●      Assist in developing and implementing annual operating plan which includes financial, volume, and distribution objectives 
●      Manage depletion and distribution objectives for the retail channel 
●      Manage assigned budgets including incentives, travel & entertainment and other departmental expenses.
●      Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
●      Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/law

 
Who You Are
●      Preferably 4 years or more years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry with knowledge and passion for both commercial and premium products in a retail environment. Ideally, you already have strong account relationships within the market
●      You have an entrepreneurial spirit and exhibit a passion for the industry and new products. 
●      You have a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and requirements 
●      You’re able to multitask and handle daily deadlines
●      You’re able to be both strategic and tactical from managing distributors and sales personnel to calling on accounts
●      You’re well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
●      You’re results oriented, innovation, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
●      You’re able build and maintain customer relationships 
●      You’re a creative thinker who is eager to innovate & strategize in order to achieve commercial goals 
●      You’re comfortable using Google Suite (gmail, sheets, docs, slides) 

Compensation
●      In addition to base salary, uncapped bonus based on meeting KPIs, but expect range to be 15 - 25% of salary
