POSITION OVERVIEW: The National Account Manager (NAM) of Sales within the Fever Tree USA Inc. organization acts as the key point of contact to the customer on behalf of the business. This individual is responsible for delivering positive Volume, Revenue, Profit and Share growth. He/she will manage select national accounts in order to deliver cohesive and collaborative programs, promotions, new items and schematic recommendations. Further, the NAM will own all processes in the day to day management of the accounts assigned to them. Additionally, the NAM will be responsible for communicating national account initiatives with a team of internal field sales persons.
MAJOR TASKS, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by using fact-based selling methods.
· Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
· Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities.
· Work closely with the Operations team to improve customer satisfaction, forecasting and inventory.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives to enhance in store brand visibility and consumer demand.
· Cultivate strong customer relationships.
· NAM customer account responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Albertson’s Safeway, Total Wine & More, Sprouts, CVS, and Walgreens.
· Experience managing relationships with UNFI, KeHE and SGWS.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
· Education and Certifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree
· Work Experience:
o A minimum of 7 years of sales experience; with a consumer packaged goods organization.
o A minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience with National Accounts.
o Previous personnel management experience.

o Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.
o Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal/external).
o Align and achieve Retail sales volume, revenue and profit goals for the assigned geography or channel.
o Ability to develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills:
o Ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan.
o Expertise in category/shelf management, optimizing product placement and assortment strategies.
· Excellent communication skills:
o Ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.
o Ability to work independently and solve problems resourcefully.
· Strong planning/organizing skills:
o Capable of managing major projects simultaneously.
o Self-starter, ability to work independently without constant direct supervision.
o Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within customer and internal organization.
o Able to work and succeed in a fast moving, high paced environment with aggressive timeliness.
· Travel/Other:
o Must be willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time.
o Must be authorized to work in the United States.
o Preferred location is east of Minnesota
