Field Sales Representative (Merchandising and Tasting Events)

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
2. Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales growth.
3. Coordinate and conduct tasting events at various retail locations, festivals, and special events.
4. Educate customers about our products, including key features, ingredients, and tasting notes.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs.
6. Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and event strategies.
8. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
 
Requirements
1. Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, or promotional events preferred 
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with customers.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
6. Knowledge of the beverage industry and/or experience with food and beverage tasting events is a plus.
7. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
