Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and tenacious Field Sales Representative to help expand our brand, Machu Picchu Energy. The ideal candidate should possess high energy, excel in maintaining and building strong client relationships, and be able to work effectively with a team of sales professionals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Sell Machu Picchu into an assigned list of accounts - approximately 20 new accounts daily.
  • Manage existing accounts and gain additional placements within stores, including secondary points of purchase and cold placement.
  • Build and maintain partnership relationships with DSD sales teams to ensure the successful placement of Machu Picchu within accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the store level.
  • Provide daily & weekly reports to the management team on sales performance and progress toward goals.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Self-led, resourceful, and committed to creating the next big product in beverage
  • Experience in Field Sales, ideally in beverage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with DSD partners an in-store teams.
  • Flexibility to attend events as required.
  • Have access to and can use a car.
  • Reside in Los Angeles.
  • This position will be 5 days in the field prospecting into new accounts.
