About Columbus Distributing Co.

Columbus Distributing was established by the Jenkins family at the repeal of prohibition in 1933. Paul Jenkins Jr. is the president and Jeffrey Jenkins is the vice president,  representing the fourth generation of the family in the business.  The company is a wholesale beverage distributor representing Anheuser-Busch, Alaskan Brewing Co, Becks, Blue Mountain, Blue Point, Breckenridge, Commonhouse Ales, Destihl, Devil’s Backbone, Elevator, Elysian, Golden Road, Goose Island, Kona, Maumee Bay, Red Hook, Rolling Rock, Shocktop, Stella Artois, Yuengling, 10 Barrel and many other craft and import brands in Franklin County. Columbus Distributing is a customer-service-oriented company serving over 2,000 licensed accounts with 225 full time employees in the greater Columbus area. The warehouse is located at 4949 Freeway Drive East near I-71 and Morse Road in North Columbus. In 1979, Columbus Distributing purchased Delmar Distributing located at 6829 Waldo-Delaware Road near Waldo, Ohio, off Route 23 in southern Marion County. Delmar Distributing services over 500 licensed accounts with 50 full-time employees in Delaware, Marion, Union and Morrow counties. All of our divisions are community-oriented and proud to sponsor many activities and charitable organizations in Central Ohio. We support the responsible consumption of our products at all of our events. We also strive to be environmentally friendly. All of our warehouse facilities use state-of-the-art lighting and heating systems, and we recycle many products such as cardboard, glass, aluminum, shrink wrap and paper.
