Woody Creek Distillers is seeking a Territory Manager position for the state of Texas. A successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Woody Creek Distillers points of distribution, volume driven activations in the on/off-premise market, tracking/reporting their progress, developing new relationships, and strengthening the brand’s overall presence in the market. This position has opportunity for increased responsibilities and a growing territory dependent on individual performance. This Territory Manager position will report directly to the General Sales Manager. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Identify and pursue new activations on & off premise  
·       Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with distributor personnel, retailers, and key account staff
·       Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction 
·       Maintain all sales goals and monthly budgets outlined for the territory assigned 
·       Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of sales strategies
·       Represent Woody Creek Distillers at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities 
·       Educate and train accounts and distributors on Woody Creek Distillers products 
·       Grow brand footprint through product placement and brand activation 
·       Conduct monthly expense report reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required Qualification and Skills: 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrates an organized approach to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/goals.
  • Effective time management and problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and possess a highly competitive sense of goal attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the distillery’s products and the ability to convey product knowledge effectively. 
  • Live in or around Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX..
  • Must have access to a reliable car that is registered and insured.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in beverage sales
Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to lift 25 pounds, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
·       Ability to stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or other items.
·       Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
