The Role:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in increasing our market share and visibility in Western Massachusetts. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who excel in a commission-based environment and are passionate about the craft beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Performance: Drive sales in the Western Massachusetts area through effective client engagement and strategic selling. Compensation is purely based on commission, rewarding high performance with higher earnings.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify potential new clients, establish productive relationships, and maintain strong connections with existing accounts to ensure ongoing sales.
  • Market Penetration: Utilize market knowledge and personal initiative to capture and expand Village Garage Distillery’s market presence.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Village Garage Distillery at various events, conducting product tastings, and providing education on our products.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing insights and forecasts to the management team.
