Overview:Via Carota Craft Cocktails (VCCC) is a fast-growing Bev/ Alc company looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and driven Inside Sales Coordinator. This exciting fast-paced position will promote and continue to grow a portfolio of premium ready-to-serve cocktails in a priority channel.VCCC has a vision to be a “category disruptor”, capitalizing on two growing trends in the industry; the rise of RTD/ RTS as well as the premiumization of the spirits category. The Inside Sales Coordinator will capitalize on opportunities within a non-traditional sales channels, including hospitality, events, weddings, and beyond. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic, rapidly growing comany in the Bev/Alc industry. 

 Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Cultivate Relationships: Proactively seek out and develop relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, events, wedding industries and “non-traditional” on premise accounts.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies tailored to specific client segments and market trends.
  • Client Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking events to introduce Via Carota Craft Cocktails and its offerings.
  • Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and propose customized cocktail solutions to enhance their events and offerings.
  • Event Support: Provide support to clients during events, including coordinating logistics, ensuring product delivery, and offering on-site assistance as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
 Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in tele-sales and/or event planning.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and expanding brand awareness. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, events, and wedding industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
